So, who is doing what with Pakistan?!

Are there any practical alternative to the Anglo Saxon judicial system that could be implemented in Pakistan?

What better system than Islamic courts for an Islamic country founded for Islam?

Yes in theory that would work well for Pakistan. A harsh system based on the Saudi model would work to cleanse the system of all the corrupt folk, politicians and bribers.

But there are two issues - it needs incorruptible judiciary who aren’t liable to bribery themselves and the other problem is the West & India would increase their propaganda & bleating that Pakistan was ‘forcing’ minorities to use Islamic courts.

Forget the propaganda. The lives of all Pakistanis would improve tremendously if swift and sure justice is dispensed according to the tenets of Islam.

Yes and someone needs to get rid if this concept of ‘pre arrest bail’ that is bringing the whole Pakistani judicial system into the gutter.

I have not come across many countries who allow this concept and its abuse seems to have allowed politicians to get off justice.

It is upto PMIK to make such changes; he is the person-in-charge at the moment.
