for us smokers its very very important that we consume good amount of citrus at least 4 litters of water and a good amount of exercise to make sure our pores in our longs dont get paralised

Yeah, regular exercise is essential.

Especially if you are doing unhealthy things like smoking.

Cigarettes taste like sh*t, I have no idea why I used to do it. My friends were smoking, so I figured I might as well too.

Ohh my god goldleaf i hate them but there are two versions one is light red pure crap other darker red slight better , the marven or marvel or something is OK. Thats how most of the smokers start smoking peer pressure for me i started smoking sincle class 9th that is when i was 15

Goldflake small during college days. it was issue of money. Two packets for self and 1 packet for others as they used to come for cig too often. Damn hostels. Hate those people who like to smoke but don't buy. Put monetary stress on people like me.

After college, its 84 mm of pure heaven.
