and making my body trained for that positionOnes who sleep in supine position are more prone to have sleep paralysis. So actually you're doing great, taking precautions and sleeping in prone position.
oh forgot to look around...I am sure you can get your hands on such articles too...What you quoted only have a hypopnea and apnea relationship, nowhere anything related to tachycardia. Although I know chronic apnea can cause sympathetic over activity which may result in tachycardia . do you have any research which links tachycardia directly to left side sleeping?
