I don't think it's in China's benefit to scare Japan though. A lot of the problem comes from America's illegal support of Japanese right wing fanatics as well.

Our responsibility is to NOT to scare but to REMIND the war criminal sympathizer in Japan to be careful the path they choose. You have to remember that Nazi Party rise in a democratic Germany, so we are very concern what the right-wing in Japan will do. Let see what kind of imperialist tendency they will do today when we are strong enough to exterminate them if they try to be imperialist again.
