What's new

Six BLA commanders killed by FC.

The reason for success is the recruitment of Patriotic Baloch in our institutions, and the ingress of some of these people into the farraris.

Dude, I'm afraid to say that no one will even try to understand your line of thinking. Our politicians and generals inside Pakistan, and internet warriors sitting in pardes think of citizens as 'subjects'. We need to understand that the citizens have the right to protest and descent when effective legal channels to vent these grievances are not present. (I'll fry anyone who tries to counter this)

The Pushtoon and Pakistani nationalist in me wants to shoot them all, however, the citizen in me wants to hear their sorrows, the reason behind their descent and loosing faith in the Federation.

" Shoot on sight orders " or " One shot - Professional Job " or " Line them up against the wall and put a bullet in their body " or " Kill all terrorist and ask questions later " are few of the ways that would work best ! Trust me , Pakistani courts cant convict these psychopaths since the witnesses fear the consequences of giving a testimony against them ...

I do it too , after all most of the people that have been killed in the War on Terror are from the NWFP province or FATA ... Always remember " Patriotism is never / shall never be blind " ... The citizen of the country has every right to criticize things he/she doesn't see fit ...

Good thing, congrats, hope this will promote stability!.

Noob question: FC stands for????

People are blind towards the murders rapes, lootings, bombings and such heanous crimes committed by these terrorists and rebels..
But when PA or FC kills them... Tgen sympethizers mushroom up out of shadows...
How far will you support your ethnic brotheren? This type of support us inhuman and shameful..
Before somebody starts, its not possible to arrest such dangerous criminals, and put them on court trial..
As unfortunate as it may be,killing them is the best way out..

Even I don't have any idea what can be done about people like Ajmal Pahari, Ataullah (attacker of Malala-captured then released), Malik Ishaq and Shahzain Bugti who are known murderers of Pakistani citizens but there is absolutely nothing being done about them. These men have been caught and captured many times over and over again but either the courts acquit them or in the case of Ataullah the army.

Another guy suggested the same thing about extra-judicial killing... it may be a solution but the rights activist in me believes they should be given a fair trial though the Nationalist believes maybe you are right in this regard. We have a 4% conviction rate for terrorists so it is quite pathetic. It means that almost all those involved in terrorist incidents eventually escape.

Also another failure of the army is with the LEJ. For example after FC was given extra powers the first thing they did was attack separatists and there has been no news of arrests of LEJ militants. Thats how these theories are born that ISI, army, FC is supporting LEJ. Even Haider Changezi and other representatives of Hazara community believe this.

Released even on charge of Attempted Murder ?

You got it all wrong fella, he was arrested at the time when Swat was liberated - he was then subsequently released because of so-called lack of evidence he was militant, he is absconding believed to be in Afghan since his attempted murder of Malala.

Courts released him. Go figure.

@haviZsultan Ataullah (attacker of Malala-captured then released) ? On what basis ?

It was actually about to respond but I accidentally closed the tab where I had your response. Ataullah was not produced in any court actually according to what I have heard. My information is based on this article:

Malala’s attacker was held, freed in 2009: Sources – The Express Tribune

There are 2 views about what happened. 1 is that Ataullah was always a terrorists but no proof could be found against him and he was released. The 2nd is that he was a terrorist sympathizer and tortured in jail and as a result became a terrorist. Also I am not sure if he really was produced before judge and jury. Army has special powers in Swat.

Ataullah was captured during operation Rah e raast in 2009 on suspicion of being a terrorist. Worth looking at post 1 of this thread and my opinion in post 4 about how torture can lead to the formation of terrorists:

http://www.defence.pk/forums/strate...hey-were-tortured-pakistani-intelligence.html

I have also stated that mishandling Zaid Hamid and abusing the man may lead to backlash as well. For example in particular Wajahat Syed called him in a show only to mock him. When a person's views, opinions or beliefs are attacked or he is abused for the ideals he believes in he becomes even more committed to them. I know personally because I suffered such issues in Canada during my leadership of a Nationalist Pakistani grouping. There are ways to handle issues and they surely do not include relinquishing foreign policy to a country that has neither our interests at heart nor the capability to understand our country.

Pakistani courts have the distinction of freeing the accused on the bases of lack of evidence

even when they were caught on the scene of the killings
proudly confessed in the court that they have murdered multiple times & will continue to do so
threatened the judges & witnesses & had the witnesses killed during the proceedings

our CJ is a true baloch, like a camel he has not let go his animosity towards the Khakis (all confessed would be assasins of Musharraf set free who killed other people in the Musharraf's convey)

Few days ago People were protesting and accusing army for killing civilians - Do you have any info/updates of that incident?

Kill them all. That's the solution. No need to bring them in the over stretched courts. Just strike hard and strike deep.
