Even if PMLN would have won...yes attempts had to be made to repeal the 18th Ammendment. I believe Mifta had said this in one of his interviews. This was clear even in 2016 when we researched a sovereign sukuk (for Ishaq Dar) on federal receipts but were unable to find sufficient asset based receipts.

This is typical Sindhi mentality. It has nothing to do with PPP.
When it comes to jobs, non-Sindhi, no matter how competent they are, even if they top the written test(I did), can't get a job. Non-Sindhi are not even called for an interview.
The only soft corners for non-Sindhis within Sindh were Karachi and Hyderabad, where Punjabis and Pathans also benefited, where PTI also won, but as time is passing, things are getting out of the hands. I am seeing major catastrophe with Pakistan with the reference of Sindh in near future, if non-Sindhis with-in Sindh are not protected.
