Sindh govt has created a new issue now after the tussle with federal govt on Rangers� powers
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – After long tussle with the federal government on the extension of Rangers’s powers, Sindh Assembly has passed a new according to which government can free any suspect by simply withdrawing a case against him, reported Dunya News.

According to details, Sindh Assembly has passed the Sindh Prosecution Service Amendment Bill 2015 today according to which government can get any suspect freed simply by withdrawing the case against him from any of the courts. Opposition members said that draconian laws are being made only to get Dr. Asim freed.

Sindh Assembly approved the bill amid chaos as the session started with an exchange of harsh words between Deputy Speaker Shehla Raza and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) members. Government tabled Sindh Prosecution Service Amendment Bill 2015 upon which the opposition members started protesting before the speaker. Sindh government passed the bill amid all the protest by the opposition members.

In light of this new law, government will be able to withdraw from any case against any suspect in any of the courts, letting the suspect go free but it’ll first need the permission of the court for this purpose.

Three days before they pass bill for beautiparlor with the grant of 13 crore for sindh assembly members when i read this news on express news shocked now they will do make up with poor people taxes and today again they go made and pass the bill for criminals. and i was thinking Imran khan was right saying that 40 thieves group. Now only one solution Remain to Put all Sindh Assembly Memebers inside the Jail as they now openly doing against the Country Ethics & Laws and openly defending on state behalf to criminals just to save their Corrupt Masters and Pakistan is not for Corruption Masters, Nor for Criminals Pakistan is for Poor People.

Did they just pass a bill where they can free anybody they may wish or desire and when crooks lead the nation that's the only people that will get freed. PPP has truly become the worst party and the most corrupt party in the history of Pakistan and no doubt sindhis need to try a new party in 2018 for if they don't then they will have no one but themselves to blame.

I was hearing Sardar Haider from MQM on powerplay. He said one a bill is presented to parliament its discussed and on 3 or 4th day parliament vote on it. PPP presented bill today and within few hrs it was passed.

6. Sindh Assembly every law what they are passing is againt the state and just for the beneficial for corrupt members
7. coming soon one more verse kind of bill with the name of "Meesaaq E Wealth Distribution" in which they are trying to distribute portion of budget money among members of assembly plus to end corruption casess those are involved in corruption casess of billions rupees.
