Well it was happening before as well now at least they legalised their haram khori. PPP will destroy sindh but still people will say
Zinda hai Bhutto zinda hai

Sindhis are reposnsible for this curse on them. At least PMLN is doing something for punjab.
Even last time they tried such a situation when they were in federal government but judiciary threw that law in garbage. This will soon be the fate of this law as well.
