Yes, it is supposed to put 100kg into 500km orbit. They are supposed to use this SLV for putting Tolou' satellite in orbit. But they said that Simorgh can put multiple satellites into orbit. The engine itself though, is more capable as you have noticed and if I remember correctly it can put 700kg in 1000km orbit. @SOHEIL
