hmm can it be done that prospective candidates be subjected to detailed psychoanalytical tests before they stand for elections. one should not let any tom, dick or harry stand for office...but it may not make any difference in our part of the world since netas would buy the tests just as they buy votes...

If that had been done to figures such as Hitlar, Sharoon, Gadafi, Stalin, Bosh, bashar....ect, that would have spared the world WW1, WW2 and rescued hundred millions of lives.
