The bordering states who complain about illegal immigrants are equally complicit in allowing them to enter. Why should BSF alone be responsible, the states too have CID's and other intel orgnisations who can ( should) minitor illegal entry.

simple fencing failed ......Bangladeshis became expert in pole vaulting ............shooting of jumpers failed to deter them ......u have any other option ??? India has put fences deep inside India Area along Pakistan and Bangladesh ......people are very well aware where India starts . If electric fences will be placed , I think they will be placed besides normal fences.

we dont have enough electricity anyway ....nor enough money to heavily deploy BSF along the border.......maybe triple fences can work......that again is destroyed every year by floods in that region .
