You think I'm kidding... There is a reason Indian olympic medalists are mostly Jats whether they be Punjabi, Haryanvi, Delhite jats.... Most South Asian bodybuilders are Jats. Pathans may be fairer but we are more robustly built.

It's both diet and genetics. In India, as you go east and south, people get shorter and shorter.

But its not completely true, shettys are taller than other south Indians (AFAIK) and bigger too.

I ave seen many shettys who are above 6 feet tall and have strong built.
