All my friends have more than 2 kids. Only one friend stopped at 2 while others are at 3 and 4. We are long way to enact a law and no one seems to be in a hurry.

Are they Muslims? Even in 2014 Sunni Muslims don't breed less. I don't know why they don't see the bad future ahead..

Implement a 1or 2 child policy for 15 years. I wish our government also imposes this, especially for the rural areas and less developed states of India. UP could do with the rule.

Don't make it permanent but it should be mandated that people below so and so income, belonging to so and so region (underdeveloped areas) should not have more than one child. ID them and manage them. It is tough. But it has to be done. You are really pushed to the limit.

So are we technically, especially north India. South population is still not so bad.

Naah.. Africans are not good looking than Bangladeshis.
We, BDeshis can pass off as any nationals. There are Chinese looking BDeshis as well, better say Mongoloid looking BDeshi. There are very fair tall Bengalis as well but majority are dark brown and short compared to other nationality. I would say we are Japanese of South Asia.

Well I am a Punjabi A Hardcore Punjabi

India is a very big land. So you can accommodate your over population but BD is only 147570 sq km. Its absolutely impossible to accommodate such a small land to 160 million people. We need to annex some lands of India, NOT vise versa. Lets give 20% of India for 'illegal pole vaulters'.
