Shooting down of Indian MiGs In Kargil

Violated ceasefire by killing retreating soldiers?

Your own army disowned them by saying them intruders.

Kaka jhot naji boltay

one brave sapoot of yours decided to make a video of Pakistani soldiers when they came to collect bodies on one of such flag staff meetings during Kargil war.

it is true that your forces fired on our troops when they were told to come back but that was war so we cant hold that against you. we did the same to your troops throughout the conflict as they tired to escape or bring relief.

who else do you think our COAS Gen Musharraf was visiting on the front lines and why? even your former COAS laments that Gen Musharraf visited front lines of Kargil behind Indian lines and managed to go back and he praises him for that.
your former COAS is a soldier after all and lacks the use of your boozed up Bollywood awesomeness.

did you want our army to send you the personal details and their income statements as well to make it fair for you?

it was a small brigade size operation and our troops managed to take with them 120 mm motors with them and pounded your forces from the tops which was not expected by your guys.

but that is past and you can claim victory by keeping your territory.

and also live with the fact that 2 of your Migs that came to strike our
troops were actually got struck down by our air defense forces.
both were our ANZA kills.

:)

The point here is that many Pakistani's seem to believe that PA was winning on the battleground. While reports from India, interviews of Pakistani generals, heck even Kaisar Tufail clearly and unambiguously mention that PA was slowly losing ground.
The point was not that IA was a super Army and took peaks in a single attempt, they tried, they failed in many instances, they adapted and tried again.

The result of repeated and differing strategies was that PA had started losing peaks. Somehow this fact fails to get into Pakistani public consciousness. As far as they are concerned, PA was not losing on the land, it was Nawaz who lost it for them.

Stop boasting about isolated incidents.Gnats did better than 'superior' F 86s

Stop being a jingoistic blind man. The F-86 were NEVER superior to the Gnats at ANY day of the week.
The Gnat was more manoeuvrable, had a smaller profile.. accelerated faster.. among other advantages. Just because an aircraft has the WIRING to fire a somewhat guided rocket(AIM-9B).. does not mean its superior.
If you have any honesty in learning about defence matters, learn this.

Faked call to interceptors from ground control? Yeah, I am positively shocked. ;)
Ingenuity + psychological effect = one dead Gnat.
btw, where you there in Farnborough when JF17 visited?
A bunch of us were planning on going but when some found out it would just be a static display, they were quite disappointed hence never made it.

on the contrary dear,
the point here is that we are only discussing the shooting down of 2 Indian Migs here which is not going that well with some guys.
it not about Pani Put, its not about Sominat, its not about dhaka and its not about 30 mar khan either. heck we didnt even rename our shoulder fired ANZA missiles as "MIG slayers" because we lack the creativity and imagination .

this force was not sent to conquer Pani Put . it was a border incursion at a small tactical scale. some of these Pakistani generals afterwords joined Nawaz league, some of them also complained that they were kept out of the loop yet they also claim to have full knowledge of that was happening.( so take your pick what suits you). And it was not something India has never done either. back in late 80s .. in Kail sector of Nelum valley, an Indian brigade commander fell victim to our sniper team when he was leading a charge of multiple units. we scored over 150 kills in addition to wounded and captured and it took over 3 to 4 months worth of flag meetings to exchange the dead and wounded. the main killer of Indian forces were our recoiless Rifles they are a real crowd pleaser. in the end it was a stalemate

back to Kargil operation even Nawaz Sherif visited the area during that time and General Musharraf gave a short interview to the PTV after returning from a night he spent with the troops across the LoC, if the mission was not to occupy land then maybe it was to jolt the Indian army and show what can be done with a small force without even air support.
none of us is demanding that Pakistan won. both learnt some lessons for sure and Indians didnt try their Migs again and found it safer to strike a PN recon plane instead which is understandable. why pick a fight where there is danger of a reprisal?

Nice fantasy story. Any way this will be a nice addition to bankrupt lollywood but i do accept General Pervez Musharaff part to cross LOC and spend time with his troops is really an impressive one. but your story on kail sector of neelam valley as i said in my first line will be a nice addition to your bankrupt lollywood.

Accepting a truth is so hard for our Indian friends that they gone nuts.
This is just a tiny example that what kind of mentally degenerating people we are facing.

Your statement acutely contradicts it'self, agreed Lollywood is bankrupt however due credit goes to your Bollywood, who repeatedly churn out such fictitious trash, which has Indians at the edge of the seats and toasting the Indian security set up for creating Diwali in Karachi. and giving ideas to others to produce some more Indian tail lifters, after all it's not exactly a sin to fool your public through fiction, as long as the target is another bloated Indian who may resemble Rishi Kapoor.

My dear, you should understand that it's much more difficult to catch or arrest a spy hawk or a pigeon or even a fully qualified suicide camel than shooting down some MiGs, which in any case don't have a good history of staying up in the air. How can such injustice can go down well with our shining micropower neighbours.

is it fair to christian the ANZA missiles as MIG slayers then?

that will be wrong
in another time or place I might go for that but its a battle of honor and I dont want our missile and its users be called something that cruel and bad.
I understand where you coming from, i guess that term only applies to citizens of certain cities .
