My friend got it for 20 quid it used in pak for health and s e x. But if you were to buy the same stuff from uk you wll pay a much higher price for example the amount my friend got from pak, would cost 50 to 100 pounds.

There is a lot of fake stuff these days in the markets here. Unless your friend visited Northern Areas and bought it from some trusted source .... most probably he ended up buying fake stuff. And rumors have it ..... this thing is to be taken in very little quantity with milk else it would harm.
