Our darling neighbour's fate should serve as sufficient warning about what happens when civilians who have not gone through the rigorous discipline of professional military training are allowed to form militias or parrticipate in armed conflicts. ISIS surely is evil, but sending our civilians over there is completely undesirable. Only the arms of the state should have the right to use of force other than in self defence, not "non state actors".Thats a very isolationist view. ISIS is a serious threat to our way of living and should be nipped in the bud. As fence sitters on international politics, we will never intervene directly to crush this mess .So volunteers are more than welcome.
