Shenyang Railway Bureau builds new regional military transportation
It is learnt from a meeting on regional military transportation management held by the Shenyang Railway Bureau, the regional military transportation management committee of the Shenyang Railway Bureau covering the cities of Shenyang, Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou, Changchun, Jilin, Tonghua, Tongliao, Baicheng and Yanji officially started operation on January 11, 2011.
It marks the all-roundly function of a new mechanism of regional military transportation management.
Now the military and the railway authority have worked out and implemented the Regulations on Regional Military Transportation Management of the Shenyang Railway Bureau, which clearly defines for the first time the requirements of the management systems establishment under new situations, including organization and command, transport safety, transportation working staff contingent, emergency response, financial support and quality evaluation.
The Regulations ensure the full implementation and smooth operation of the new mechanism of regional military transportation management.
