Either a war occurs and somehow Pakistan takes over kashmir or some parts of Kashmir that Pakistan retains after the war (which is difficult in nuclear scene). Or Pakistan involves China, Russia and USA and J&K gets full independence and both nations withdraw. Lastly, Pakistan and India make a deal through reducing forces and making kashmir IB between both nations, also the Siachen sector. Pakistan starts working on its economy, technology and health sector. Then instead of buying MBTs, fighters, ships etc, Pakistan should be making hospitals, technological parks and completely focus on Gwadar as a trading pathway for future.

However, democracy as well as Military will never agree. The ruling parties (PML/PP etc) will never give up their power status and want to rule un-skilled and matric pass Pakistanis as they thrive on the corruption/pocket-filling system set up by their ruling families, while Military sights set on kashmir, will not turn away.

The bold part is the typical mentality that Zardari-Shahbaz-Fazulr Rahman want to use to rule over Pakistanis in Pakistan.

This is definitely your opinion which is not shared by many veteran PDF members here. They are mostly interested in discussing acquisition of shiny new toys by armed forces.

if Kashmir's sentence was missing then could be a new story but this is pretty old which follows by all Pakistani PMs including Imran khan did the same. Even he told that he wished Modi for the next election in 2019...... was expecting a dialogue on Kashmir.

Why only India? that's a question I have for you..

Part of Jammu and Kashmir is shared by Pakistan, China and India.

So, why only India? Did the UN say that only India need to follow it and the rest are excluded?

UN solution was for all J & K in1948, later then china captured the part of J&K in1962.....

So, all the stakeholders including China should follow the same.
