Are you in one of the pics?
Its obviously Pakistani and not Indian or afghan. As far as I remember Pakistani women and men have worn shalwar kameez. And its not because of tv influence so this look like ancient dress. Traditional Indian women wear saris and afghan women wear that dress posted above.
Indian women are replacing saris because of bollywood.
Lol!! There is something called convenience.Indian women are replacing saris because of bollywood.

Some girls like to wear saris at weddings now seen it a few times but women of my moms generation never wore saris.I can remember once at a freinds family wedding who were punjabi hindus my mom thought about it but decided not to.And the wedding dress wore by sikh girls on their wedding is called a lehnga which are a massive rip offWell, I never saw a punjab women wearing sari other than punjabi bride wearing it on her wedding.
Yep, lehngas are very popular for wedding in Haryana too. But Saree is not. Haryanvi women wear either salwar kameez or lehnga in wedding. I rarely see a women wearing Saree in a wedding. Bride is an exception. Some girls like to wear saris at weddings now seen it a few times but women of my moms generation never wore saris.I can remember once at a freinds family wedding who were punjabi hindus my mom thought about it but decided not to.And the wedding dress wore by sikh girls on their wedding is called a lehnga which are a massive rip off
I thought you were respectful. but guess what? You are not. Please maintain discipline.my people were wearing Shalwar Kameez when Gangoos had piece of cloth wrapped around their sparse mid-riff and their women had a piece of cloth wrapped around - call it Saree or what ever. Now all these half naked junglees have copied us and today they think they are "it".
I was going to do that but then all the Afghan haters would be jumping up and down.
Or a better choice?

Its becoming a bit more comman to see girls wearing saris at weddings here in england just think they trying something differantBy no means the majority but a few.Yep, lehngas are very popular for wedding in Haryana too. White women????? Or Desi? Its becoming a bit more comman to see girls wearing saris at weddings here in england just think they trying something differantBy no means the majority but a few.
I made a statement of fact. Majority of your people until not long ago were half naked. I have no idea how making a statement of fact contra-places discipline? Even your Gandhi in order to be "one of his people" went around half dressed - alluding to exactly what I said.I thought you were respectful. but guess what? You are not. Please maintain disicpline.
