M16s are very much legal in Pakistan. The only rifle that I know of that's illegal for civilians is the G3.

It's not about culture but the way they are acting...

This reminds me of my early teenage .. When I used to shoe off my weapons to my friends n all... Today when I look back at it I find it childish..

agreed Bro. But this culture has spread throughout Pakistan. I'm from karachi and have family and friends from quetta to peshawar to pindi to lahore. everyone I know has an assault rifle of some form. My cousin even has 3 MP5s.
