Well, India buys its drones from Israel. As you might you know Iran does not have that option.

How exactly did you come to this conclusion that it's not good quality?

I never mentioned it's of a bad quality, Raptors have crashed, doesn't mean they have a bad quality, could be many things.

Take a look at this list and number of crashes, all military powers make junk drones, because they crash.

We are seeing some of best logics here. No one makes a test flight in their borders, and not every unarmed drone is intended for a test flight! There is something called Recon missions which is the main job of UAVs in the world!!

Shahed is a recon drone that can also be armed. Because of long flight endurance (24h) it's much more logical to use it for long recon missions rather than small drones.

And btw, it has already passed its test flights 3 years ago.
