‘Seychelles committed to Indian naval base’

Thamks for point out the obvious that India would be compose of many small states without the British unified it. India would be like Bulkans today.

Also, is it just me or Indians talk about being a superpower too much???
Seriously? So what was Maratha Empire or before that Mughals or before that Maurya?

Ignorance ? About what Ghauri aka Nodong ?Your incapability to do genuine research ? Your lack of industrial infrastructure ?
Ignorance about the pain that's coming your way in the event of a war. Remember, "there's no greater danger than underestimating your opponent."

Before threatening to nuke our naval bases, you learn a bit about 200 kiloton thermonuclear devices in our arsenal.

Eh... I'm talking about the MAD scenario. Perhaps you'd like to enlighten yourself about that?

Interesting. Well, its all but normal, giving India's size and position in the region, its normal it should have at least 1 military base inits own immediate neighborhood. If even pacifists Japan can have a military base overseas(i'm not mentioning western powers like U.S/U.K/France who all have dozens of bases spread around the world), then why shouldn't India have one in its own immediate neighborhood? lol Though some Indians like claiming how they are peaceful/holy and how only western powers are hegemonistic , now lets see what they will start saying when they get involved in issues outside their country with bases like this one. :D

from the article it looks like a maritime radar station. given the proximity of Seychelles to India there is no reason for anyone to be concerned
