Well then you care to take care of the sexist nature of your indian countrymen before you start making recommendations to us Pakistanis on how we should run our country. Man recently in FAST NU sexual Harassment committee was formed following some complaints about "teachers harassing students (by both female and male teachers) and students harassment of teachers (again by female and male.)
Female teachers harassing students really took us aback. Apparently this wasn’t an issue in our department but it was great step but there hasn’t been a complain that i know of since.

Also the word 'harassment' is automatically thought to be sexual in nature if different gender is involved. I know somebody who faced 'harassment' charge from his colleague, and people were taking sides(on both side, 'no he can never do something like that' ..or.. 'yeah, he seems to be that type of guy'), the accuser(lady) never intended/mentioned that it was sexual harassment.
