It is one individual. There are so many Muslim individuals who live all over the world. They are peaceful and don’t seek hostility. Of course the act is sickening and deserves full condemnation and words don’t do any justice.

Reading the manifesto of Breivik and the NZ killer one gets the feeling that this is written by ISIS. They both propagate the same ugly hate.
