Serious question, why is Pakistan's Media equipment such low quality?

I've been browsing countless news channels of Pakistan and have compared them to foreign channels. All foreign channels have high quality equipment, even a country like Uzbekistan.

Why is it that our media has such low quality? I have yet to see one media channel from Pakistan that has even decent quality.

they have earned far more than that, they spend far more than that, per month, on salaries of reporters turned journos. $200k is peanuts for some of these people.

Yeah @Chacha_Facebooka is right. Why produce 4K electronic News Gathering equipment/content when no on in South Asia (almost) has a 4K TV hardly? But some YT videos are in 4K resolution, because Laptops screens have had high resolution for a while. You can bump this video below up to 4K.

Nowadays Walton In Bangladesh produces 4K TVs (they are dabbling with 8K) . But everyday news is in regular HD or 720p. In Bangladesh, maybe 20% of the channels have better resolution broadcasts (4K downscaled to HD so they look clearer).

Lets say you are in one studio broadcasting one show you need view from atleast 2 to 3 camera this goes up hugely than you need to upgrade whole infrastructure not just in the studio you need faster lower latency.
You need professional who can handle this expensive equipment and are trained in this.
So if one studio buys 10 camera thats gone be 2 to 3 mil $ easy
