Separatists talks with Pakistan: Some bitter truths

The separatist itself consider GB as part of Kashmir and here Pakistan does not agree, makes one doubt if they are serious enough for the dialogues itself.

Pakistan serious? This is all a show and nothing else.

The Pak Army will never want a resolution to the Kashmir dispute because then what would be its raison d'etre? Pakistanis would then question the need of having such a large army when there is no enemy to confront. The enormous budget for defence would be slashed for deploying in other core sectors of the economy, which would rattle the Pak Defence Forces no end! Their importance in society will also be diminished.

That is the long and short of it. So, forget about a resolution of the dispute. It is never going to happen. The Pak Army needs an enemy. They've got one - India!

By attacking Hurriyat leaders, the BJP is, in effect, targeting the special status enjoyed by Kashmir in Indian constitution. This has long been the project of Hindu radical forces and the cancellation of talks with Pakistan is aimed at this.

Those who don't want development in Kashmir are supporters of 370. Those who want development are the ones who want to scrap 370.Simple terms and no rocket science. Since you Pakistanis are not interested in development of Kashmir, you are opposing scrapping of 370 since the BJP and Jana Sangh first raised voice.
