Bring to the attention of competent authority, if the matter remains unresolved, go to the court of law seeking for disclosures. But in no way, any unauthorized access to organizational records or secrets is allowed by the service rules.

so if there was a cell in comsat who was busy doing this with the will of chairman nadra .. where should he have taken it?? do u think master mind of these operation leave any proof behind ? how could one proof that is court ??
