the best way is to post it yourself, i used to send toys n chocolates n they reached in time (though chocolaters were out of shape due to the heat) once i sent a cell phone as well in the normal bubble envelope and it got delivered!!!

then another time i sent a cell phone by making it a proper parcel and declaring that it has a cell phone in it, the custom people held it and sent in a letter that if yo dont pay the custom within 7 days we will sell it off!!!

for cell phone i would say if in a pack don't declare it, most chances are the customs people wont check it.. but then again it comes down to all luck!!!

How do you refund the amount. Generally Pakistanis are not very good at refunding. I know it seems a bit harsh but this is reality.
