I dont think he has the expertise in this regards. There is already a better way, just attract PE investment under corporate governance deals. We really need to get out restructuring and bankruptcy laws in order. But the issue is that all governments including westerns ones protect their aviation business. Our problem is compounded by the fact that the local airlines have vested interests in not allowing PIA to work on an optimum level. If PIA was working efficiently there would be no SIAL as well.
