On a serious note, I doubt Luthansa wil fold anytime soon.

The Pacific/ Asia region is as important as the trans-Atlantic market for Lufthansa. Both regions generate around 20% of LH revenue with the Pacific/ Asia regions having the greatest growing potential in the short, medium and long term.

Only idiots think that losing this market will not affect us in the long term.
