A senior adviser to the Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman gave the following statement on the meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump:

The meeting between Prince Mohammad bin Salman and President Trump was a huge success, marking a historic turning point in bilateral relation of the two countries.

Relations had undergone a period of difference of opinion. However, today’s meeting has put things on the right track, and marked a significant shift in relations, across all political, military, security and economic fields. All of this is due to President Trump’s great understanding of the importance of relations between the two countries and his clear sight of problems in the region.

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman discussed with President Trump the issue of banning some citizens from six countries from entering the United States of America and that His Excellency is closely monitoring this matter from the beginning. Saudi Arabia does not believe that this measure is targeting Muslim countries or the religion of Islam. This measure is a sovereign decision aimed at preventing terrorists from entering the United States of America. President Trump expressed his deep respect for the Religion of Islam, considering it one of the divine religions that came with great human principles kidnapped by radical groups.

At the same time, Prince Mohammed Bin Salman emphasized that information from Saudi Arabia confirms indeed the existence of a plot against the United States of America that has been planned in those countries in secret by those groups that took advantage of what they assume a security weakness to conduct operations against the United States of America. His Excellency expressed his understanding and support for this vital and urgent precaution measure to protect the United States of America from expected terrorist operations.

Many of the economic files between the two countries have been discussed. They included huge Saudi investments in the United States of America in addition to exceptionally and largely providing American companies with the opportunities to enter the Saudi market.

This would not have been achieved without President Trump’s efforts to improve the climate for investments inside the United States of America

Prince Mohammed bin Salman has stressed how bad and very dangerous the nuclear deal is on the region and that it is going to hold the Iranian radical regime back for a short period of time in their quest for producing a nuclear weapon. This deal could lead to a more dangerous and continuous armament among the region’s countries that will not accept any Iranian nuclear military capacity.

The President and the Deputy Crown Prince share the same views on the gravity of the Iranian expansionist moves in the region. Iran is trying to gain its legitimacy in the Islamic world by supporting terrorist organizations with the aim of reaching Mecca, the Qibla of all Muslims, which gives them the legitimacy they lack in the Islamic world. Iran’s support of terrorist organization such as Hezbollah, al-Qaeda, ISIS and others along with its obstructing of any deal to settle the Palestinian issue, as a form of exporting its issues abroad, are nothing but another attempt to the gain the legitimacy it lacks among Muslims.

The two sides expressed their agreement on the importance of the great change that President Trump is leading in the U.S, which coincides with the undergoing change in Saudi Arabia through “Vision 2030.”

Concerning terrorism in the region, both parties agreed that recruitment campaigns carried out by some terrorist groups in Saudi Arabia against Saudi citizens are launched to legitimize these groups. Since the Kingdom is seen as a leading country in the Islamic World, Seat of the Revelation, Land Two Holy Mosques, and the Qibla of all Muslims, which represent an unparalleled legitimacy. In addition to attempting to harm the Saudi strategic relations with the US in particular, and the rest of the world in general. This includes the actions of Al-Qaeda’s leader, Osama Bin Laden, about whom his deputy, Al-Zawahiri, said in his memorial speech that Osama was among Muslim Brotherhood since he was a college student, and Al-Zawahiri himself was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood as well. Al-Zawahiri added that Osama Bin Laden delayed the terrorist attacks on the US more than once, aiming to collect as many Saudis as possible to conduct the attacks, in order to harm the relations between the two countries.

Both sides discussed the Saudi successful experience in building a fence on the Saudi-Iraqi border, which led to preventing illegal entrance of individuals, as well as preventing smuggling operations.

Prince Mohammed expressed his regrets that Saudi Arabia did not apply this experience earlier on the Saudi-Yemeni border, noting that the success of the northern border experience will accelerate applying it on the Saudi southern border.

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman expressed, after the meeting, his satisfaction with the positive attitude and clarifications he heard from President Trump about his stance on Islam, which runs against what the media promoted about the President, stressing that his Excellency President Trump has an unprecedented and serious intention to work with the Muslim World and to achieve its interests and that Prince Mohammed considers his Excellency as a true friend of Muslims who will serve the Muslim World in an unimaginable manner, opposite to the negative portrait of his Excellency that some have tried to promote whether through publishing unjust statements that are taken out of their context or by means of unrealistic media commentaries and analyses about his Excellency.

After this historic meeting today, the cooperation between the two countries will be in its upmost level. He added that a lot of positive news and details will be announced within the coming period.

Saudi Arabia claimed “a historic turning point” in relations with the U.S. after President Donald Trump welcomed Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the White House.

“Relations had undergone a period of difference of opinion,” a senior adviser to the crown prince said in a statement after Tuesday’s meeting. “However, today’s meeting has put things on the right track, and marked a significant shift in relations, across all political, military, security and economic fields.”

The effusive praise for Trump’s “great understanding” of U.S.-Saudi relations reflects the eagerness among Sunni-led Arab nations for a renewed alliance after deep strains with former President Barack Obama, who crafted the 2015 nuclear deal with their Shiite rival Iran.

The new administration sees Saudi Arabia “as a crucial part of the Middle East and an important country to have a positive relationship with -- even if there are irritants in the relationship,” said Simon Henderson, a fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and director of the institute’s Gulf and Energy Policy Program. “This is at odds with the Obama administration, so they want to make that clear distinction.”

Lunch Guest
Salman, who is also the son of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his country’s defense minister, had lunch with Trump and aides at the White House on Tuesday. That’s a higher-profile meeting than an initially planned photo opportunity, according to Henderson.

The 31-year-old deputy crown prince’s visit follows a trip he made to Washington in June after unveiling his Saudi Vision 2030, with plans to modernize the world’s biggest oil exporter into an economy no longer reliant on crude. Saudi Arabian Oil Co., known as Aramco, is also planning potentially the world’s biggest initial public offering, with as much as $100 billion in shares expected to be sold.

Providing a talking point likely to be welcomed by Trump’s administration, the Saudi statement said Saudi Arabia doesn’t believe that the U.S. president’s restriction on travel from six mostly Sunni nations “is targeting Muslim countries or the religion of Islam” and is aimed at ”preventing terrorists” from entering the U.S.

The Saudis also said Trump and the deputy crown prince “share the same views on the gravity of the Iranian expansionist moves in the region.”

‘Positive Anticipation’

Saudi Arabia and the other Sunni-led Gulf Arab states have had “positive anticipation” toward the Trump administration, especially when it comes to containing what they see as Shiite Iran’s malign influence in the region, according to Kristin Smith Diwan, senior resident scholar at the Arab Gulf States Institute in Washington. In February, the Trump administration said it was putting the Islamic Republic “on notice” after it carried out a missile test days earlier.

The Trump administration also sees an opportunity to bring “reconciliation” among Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states with Israel, in an attempt to unite allies against the threat of Iran, Henderson said.

In a further sign of outreach to the Gulf allies, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson met at the State Department Tuesday with the foreign minister of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed.

Gulf countries generally considered Obama aloof and opposed his administration’s diplomacy that resulted in the agreement lifting many economic sanctions on Iran in return for curbing its nuclear activities. In an article published in The Atlantic magazine last year, Obama complained about Arab allies that urge the U.S. to act but won’t “put any skin in the game,” calling them “free riders.”

After the frustrations with Obama, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states are now responding to Trump’s “more personalized foreign policy,” including his son-in-law Jared Kushner playing a prominent role with Gulf Arab allies, Diwan said during a speech in Washington.

Prince Mohammed’s visit is a sign that Gulf countries are “jumping on early in the boat to try to build those close ties that they think will serve them well,” Diwan said.

On Tuesday, a meeting took place between Donald Trump, President of United States and Mohammad bin Salman, Deputy Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.

This is the first meeting of Donald Trump with the prince after taking office. Prince Mohammad bin Salman, is said to be the person in Saudi kingdom who is running the show. Currently, working on Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030, he is making an effort to diversify its economy besides their reliance on depleting oil reserves.

To overcome its economic dependency on crude oil. Riyadh has also put forward a plan to sell 5% of the Saudi Aramco Company, considering that it is the biggest oil company in Saudi Arabia. This offer is anticipated to be world’s largest public offering. Both leaders discussed investment opportunities in the country for US companies.

During Barack Obama’s administration, the situation with the Saudi government had generally been on the waning front with tense relations by the end of his time, especially over the US relations with Iran. The Saudi’s felt that Iran was being given more attention than Saudi Arabia, due to the 2015 nuclear program deal.

“President Trump expressed his deep respect for the religion of Islam, considering it one of the divine religions that came with great human principles kidnapped by radical groups.”

After yesterday’s meeting between the two, a senior advisor to the Prince said, “This meeting is considered a historical turning point in relations between both countries and which had passed through a period of divergence of views on many issues.” Further, he added the meeting had restored the issues on their right path and forming a big change regarding political, military, security and economic issues. The senior adviser, who issued the statement also said, adding that both leaders had identical views on “the danger of Iran’s regional expansionist activities.”

The GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) states are of the opinion that Trump is a strong president and will provide help in containing Iran’s regional power expansion, which is a direct threat to Saudi Arabia and indirectly to US security and energy interests.

Shared interests over Iran
Both leaders shared similar views on Iran’s expansion, calling it “very dangerous” and “the danger of Iran’s regional expansionist activities,” is not in the best of interest for United States.

Muslims have so many great friends like Trump and his puppet prince. We're so lucky! We should think of appointing Trump as the defender of the Holy Sites. After all, he's no slave like his puppet prince.

.
Saudi Prince probably also thinks Modi is a true friend to Muslims.

Viva La Trump! The Six Months of Positive USA Presidential Reform will be remembered for hundreds of years. Today, March 15, 2017, Trump repaired and cemented the USA - Saudi Arabia chasm perpetuated by the Obama eight year debacle. European countries are keen to support and congratulate Trump while the USA Democrats continue to tread closely to in-house sabotage, conflict and disruption via 1st Amendment overreaching, and treasonous information leaking. Democrats are loathe to admit their continued war on middle and lower class citizens but thank God for WikiLeaks Assange, Edward Snowden and Chelsea Manning, the world is seeing the underbelly of a dark and dangerous USA slime government. Europe France, Spain, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, along with upstart Czech and Greece governments welcome Trump!

Anything these 'princes' say...the opposite is true.

Republicans are an amusing bunch. At first they complained about Obama's closeness to the Saudis, said that he was a 'secret Muslim'. There was no chasm. Obama happily obliged the medieval backwards Saudis, a lot more than what should be done for a troublesome client state.

someone needs to tell him you need to stop reading the talmud.
I doubt the Saudi prince even knows what that is.
