Tremendous. Those turbine blades alone are a feat of engineering in of themselves. The understanding of the metallurgy associated with fabricating them is whole science on its own.

That last one is an underwater laser weapon?

Just some form of R&D laser..KSA wants to make its own laser weapons..And already testing some..

One needs to find out what the term locally made implies precisely. Sources I found seem to be suggesting the plant is assembling them in Saudi Arabia. If this description is correct, then chances are that the most complex component i.e. the turbine blades will have been manufactured in the west. Assembly itself supposes certain local engineering skills. Only did a quick search now, perhaps additional light could be shed on this aspect by a more knowledgeable user.

In line with the provisions of the deal, one of the gas turbines was assembled fully at the GE Manufacturing Technology Center in Dammam.

the Siemens Energy Dammam Hub (SEDH); it is now one of the largest facilities of its kind in the Middle East and the region and where the first “Made in KSA” gas turbine was assembled in 2016.

Assembling then maybe in the future more % of ToT. More they will have experience more they will produce indigenous projects.

saudia arabia with all its money only assemble how many years has it been since 1970s.

Not true that much. Most of the years they were buying without having an indigenous industry (assembling, production). But now they are having a plan to produce locally 50% of their equipments in SA.

still sh it for the amount of money they got and get, plus the influence they have. They are worst leaders world has ever seen, maybe pakistans leaders beat them.

Everyone was shit at the beginning. It will take times to times to establish a good defense industry. And sometimes it is bearing its fruits.
