Yes. You have over 200 countries in the work and KSA is consistenlly in the top 30-40 in terms of population growth. I think it is needless to say that one could look at the population growth in the last 50-60 years in the entire Middle East region.

Only Africa and some other parts of Asia can rival that.

Well, that is certain but overall I think it is wrong to say that family life is moving in a wrong direction in KSA in Najd and the Eastern Province. And regarding the population growth then we are among the 15-20% of the worlds nations with the fastest growing populations.
