I have no idea where that is precisely but it looks likes somewhere in Najd or Northern KSA. Could be anywhere. Might even be Yemen. Nothing special landscape wise really. 100 times more beautiful and varied desert/steppe/mountain areas in KSA out there as you have seen in this thread below my friend:

Brother, last year we were informed POF exported 10s of millions of dollars of ammo to Saudi. So you guys are manufacturing the weapons, but not the ammo, is that correct understanding? Any plans to start production of ammo as well?

Bro, not every news is accurate. In particular about KSA (a notoriously secretive state when it comes to its dealings). As far as I am aware (after the Yemen war), KSA is more or less self-sufficient in this regard.
