Nothing new, the bilateral agreement is between Pakistan and China and no one will join the committee for CPEC but they will join CPEC as investors...I don't see any change in the stance. But the stunted growth won't read the details and start spewing venom.

Saudi is an investor, this dosent make it into a partner for CPEC

If belgium tommorow decides to fund a roadside cafe on one of the CPEC routes, this dosent mean its now a partner in CPEC

I listened to this press conference yesterday and didn't find anything in it which was out of ordinary. Until today waking up to the this "sensationalised" story by DAWN. This newspaper is nothing but a mouthpiece of the enemy nations, the way it twist the facts and wordings. This doesn't mean there wont be investment. The investment might be in off-shoot projects of CPEC and other projects under a different name, so bilateral rather than trilateral partner there were rumors of.

- things got changed and saudi mind. China came forward with other $42 billion investment offer.

- Saudi said we will not be part of cpec but so investment separately.

- Now trump message to salman " Saudi King wouldnt last 2 weeks without America".

Basically there is a lobby that is against CPEC which includes both PPP and PMLn. The latter cannot speak up openly but PPP is barking like a mad dog especially against the inclusion of KSA in CPEC and we know who pulls strings of Zardari....remember Uzair Baloch, Kul Bashan Yadev, Baba Ladla etc so such article are generated to spread disinformation but the good thing is that Saudians are in direct contact with the govt so that channel is clear. These corrupt turds can keep rubbing the cactii against their bottoms.

bhai listen Khusro Bukhtiyar press conference he clearly said no third party will be part of basic framework of CPEC (which is bilateral b/w China and Pakistan) but it is open to all third party including KSA he even mention possibility other countries including Japan, Germany or any other country

Now. This makes sense.
Hope more countries bring investment, they can connect those projects to CPEC even they are not direct part of China, Pak negotiations.
