maybe its much worser wishing them more wealth..?
MBS is following Sunna as the way our prophet (SAWS) has showed and followed..which is tolerance or the true middle, far from extrems... Women were liberated..but in the frame of Islam.. So where are these sins you are talking about? can you expend on that?Muslim leaders today generally suck, whether they be arab or pakistani or afghan etc... Maybe once a while we get someone good but the good guys are a minority in our time. Whilst your leadership system isn't perfect, I believe that it's superor to democracy, I have problems with the actions of your ruler rather him being the ruler.
Well I'm simply going off the trend - when Muslims get a tyrant ruling over their country, the country tends to go downhill due to said tyrants bad decisions. I mean look at your international standing, it's taken so much damage due to MBS, currently you have something that people need (oil) so many countries condemn but otherwise carry on doing business. But who's going to tolerate him when he loses his ace card in oil?
MBS openly promotes sin in society. The oppression from him has started and it affects pretty much anyone who disagrees with him. Sooner or later, if you people carry on supporting him, then the punishment of Allah will follow.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm no perfect Muslim, I do wrong things etc... But I don't openly support these things in society and what I see him doing is literally promoting open sins. And if your claim is true, that the majority support him in this, then the future is bleak for you.
There is no such thing as Islamism, that's just become a word to oppose certain parts of Islam without saying it outright. Either a society follows Islam or it doesn't bro. If you're talking about extremes then we judge them by Islam too. For example, I remember reading a story in which some companions (a handful) took to staying away from their wives and fasting all the time. This behaviour was termed to not be right and so they were rebuked. That would be going to an extreme. Likewise liberalism at the other end would may be someone doing something haram outright and openly etc... Of course we have to keep in the middle but that middle is dictated by Islam. A person can't do bad things and say they're trying to stay in the middle.
Sometimes when people bring up all these figures and economics etc... They forgot who provides them with success and money. They forget the limits that Allah has set and forget what happens to those who go beyond these limits. Sure look at your figures and chart but don't forget to look at what Islam says about those who start doing or supporting certain bad things in society and you should prioritise the latter over the former because the latter is more important.
inshallah a promising generation

Step by step. Speedy revolutionary reforms will go to anarchy. Saudi is traditional countryif not allah will replace them with another folk.. that counts for our wicked ppl too if they are headless!
you mean the sweet singers saif al arab had showns us?

Then you call reforms "oppression"?
I can detect the main thoughts underneath your posts is your wish for KSA to be punished by Allah for whatever reasons hiding in your conscious or subconscious mind.. if there were no reforms..you'll be thinking and wishing the same.. so just keep a Sunna mind set..in other words the middle.. and you might change your mind while following the progress of KSA.. And also, never try to blame a ruler for a murder, because then every crime in any society might be blamed on its rulers.. that is how the whole Kashoggi issue has backfired on the ones who tried to use it against MBS.. including some rulers themselves..
Just do it for yourself.. I might know better.. So now he has murdered someone himself.. another false accusation!Do you want me to go there personally and ask MBS whether I can take some videos for you? If MBS can brutally murder someone in an embassy, what makes you think Saudi wouldn't torture people?
Some people are the first on jumps on Iran's throat for an alleged crime but then they suddenly are in disbelief when their own tyrant commits crimes. If you care justice then you need to stop closing your eyes to your own leaders crimes.
Never said all, but yes many arab leaders are nothing more than tyrants.
@Falcon29
You need to understand the mindset of people like this @Timur . He is a "Turk" (Anatolian of mixed Arab, Greek, Armenian, Kurd etc. ancestry like 95% of all Turks/Anatolians as confirmed by every DNA test) born and breed in Germany. Germany like a few other Western European countries invited millions of Turkish "guest workers" to Western Europe post WW2 to do lowly paid manually work. Such as working in fabrics, toilet cleaners etc. The lowest of the lowest jobs. All the jobs that the local people did not want to do. It was not the educated Turkish people who escaped to Europe in order to look for a better life but mostly villagers from the interior of Anatolia where hardly farming could/can be sustained. Most began arriving in the 1960's. Many have struggled with integrating and are a cause of much trouble if you ask locals, including crime etc. Basically what his likes are playing Syrian war refugees for in Turkey.
This guy has a complex towards Arabs due to our much older and influential heritage, due to being the flag-bears of Islam and its originators, for having ruled the Caliphate and Muslim world since its beginning and for 1000 years, for enslaving his imaginary "Turkic" brothers, for making them Muslim, for ruling them and for ruling parts of modern-day Turkey as well. When he sees Arabs doing better in Europe than his people this just adds to the obsession. In Western Europe Arabs from Arabia are only known as wealthy people, investors, businessmen or students at universities. We have zero affiliation with crime, un-Islamic practices such as gambling, alcohol, prostitution, drug smuggling, gangs etc. Or even terrorism (not a single Arab from Arabia has committed terror in Europe to date).
Even the Ottomans (most where Arabs to begin with as was most of the land after the Ottomans were welcomed as rulers - hence why there are hardly any recorded Ottoman-Arab battles - guess why) whom he takes so much pride in where more Arab than modern-day Turks or Turkic. In culture, language, religion etc. Ottoman Arabic was more Arabic than Turkic. The script was Arabic as well. The religion was Islam and not some Turkic paganism. Sufism, which came from Arab lands as well. Much of the architecture. They adopted our tradition of using slaves and mercenaries too (janissaries - most from the Balkans) and inherited the Abbasid Caliphate as well as stealing it in 1517. After Selim I was welcomed in Hijaz and Egypt, 100's of new spices and food that the Anatolians had not known where adopted and this created (greatly) the Turkish cuisine that we know today. But his fake pride will never admit this. Namely that without the Arabs the Ottomans would just be a footnote in history.
The facts that I am mentioning here is not to troll Turkey or Turkic people (real ones) as I have no problem with Turkey the country or for instance Uzbekistan but just to show you his mindset and where it comes from.
Step by step. Speedy revolutionary reforms will go to anarchy. Saudi is traditional country
The last time i checked ther is no real Arab anymore, the same Turks have mixed and faked you up so ther is no more pure Arab anymore.
Is that why Arabs have zero "Turkic" origin unlike Turks who have tons of Arab DNA as proven by DNA tests?
Fake map.
Ottomans were mostly Arabs. There were never any Arab-Ottoman wars. Why can you not mention a single such war? Not until 100 years ago when a few Arab tribes defeated all Ottomans very quickly despite you being allied with Germany, Austria and other empires.
"When the Prophet (pbuh) returned from one of his military expeditions, a black slave-girl came to him telling him that she had made a vow if he returned safe and sound she would play a tambourine (daff) and sing in front of him. The Prophet (pbuh) replied: "If you had done so, then go ahead (play and sing), otherwise I would not let you do it." So, the woman played and sung until all of Abu Bakr, Ali b. Abi Talib, Uthman b. 'Affan and Umar b. al-Khattab entered the house. Umar b. al-Khattab was the last to enter and when he did the woman stopped playing and singing. Thereupon the Prophet (pbuh) disclosed that even Satan is afraid of Umar, and that was the reason why the woman did not stop until he entered."Saudi Arabia's policies are normal in todays world and they are doing what they feel is best for their future. Everything they are currently doing has already been done by other Muslim nations. This new 'normal' is not the best thing in Islam, but we are in a confused era and can't expect ordinary Muslims to make best Islamic judgements. So Allah(SWT) will hopefully be merciful with us. I think it is hypocritical(not brother @Numerous) for others from nations with secular background to lambast Saudi Arabia for things like female singers. We know this is abundant in Turkey more so. In Islam, however, we know these things are wrong. But, changing these things isn't gonna come easy or done through force in this era we live in, it requires guidance from Allah which he promised to provide in end times as a mercy for us. I wouldn't say MBS or anyone other rulers is following the Prophet(SAW) character closely. They are far from that and we should respect our Prophet(SAW) more than that. As for the Saudi people(and other peoples) as a people I wish them the best.
I didn't said they are good for future they are empty for high level of life I mean more freedom for women neeed step by step moves I know most of Saudi women are religious and they choose right wayyou did not understand.. I am against the opening of the country to female singers, to filthy music, to mixed shows, or public meetings
I am not against more rights for the females : like driving, or some stupid behavior like denying them medical help if no female doctor is aviable..! they should be doctors, police and so on.. you should give them their rights.. but mbs is pushing to much into western system
lets say it harsh what a bad idea is: opening the country for the naked beaches is bad idea.. but having tourism for the nature or more helal tourism no alcohol no beach parties it would be good.. it would be a waste of beautiness if they would just invite the naked ones..
saudi arabia should not waste its islamic heritage.. it should not open up for western moderates and it should not be the extreem hardliners ..
