Houthis are high on khat 24/7 as well. Khat makes you fearless basically. It's a mild form of amphetamine but if chewed most of the day it has an even stronger effect. Which is why you can see them doing suicide missions 1000's of times by making irrational (in the sense of being fearless) decisions.
