Interior ministry did something unprecedented in 2009: After the election they also published vote counts per voting stations nationwide.
They had absolutely no obligation to do that.

Now, since Mousavi had 40,000 observers around the country, who hold official and signed vote-count forms for each voting station, they could easily tell us which numbers are wrong and where have the 11 million votes of Mousavi gone!

But they are quiet. 3 years has passed, and still nothing.

Actually in my country all media says Putin cheated, same was said by opposition in Russia. Maybe some countries media poured less propaganda about Russia's votes, because Russia is a MAJOR supplier of gas/oil, or they simply didnt wanted to piss off new president of a powerful country.

About evidence of rigging, your first "evidence" is a lack of common sense (Putin also said he will win with 60+%, OMG - it means he rigged it! ), and cant comment on 2nd because I dont know language and circumstances. I live in EU and I know how media works. Whenever I look up for actual facts, I find out West was lying to full extent about Iraq's WMD, about Iran's nuclear bombs, about Gaddafi's mass rapes and genocide which didnt happened, about Syria's armed "peaceful protesters", etc.
