What's new

Saudi Arabia granted citizenship to 50'000 expats.

So, a whole thread on 'Saudi Generosity' for giving 'Citizenship' to a few hapless peasants? Dude, you are one hell of a Weirdo !

Not saying anything is wrong here, but if this is how things are measured then surely the US deserves a huge Monument for Recognizing its service to Humanity as it has given Citizenship to literally millions and millions of people from all over the world including millions of Muslims. Why all the US bashing here then?

You are hurt! You are one of the jealouso!

Would you be satisfied, if i post more on generosity?

Linguistic, religious, ethnic influences aside from traditions and customs.

Most non-Arab Muslim nations have little to do with their pre-Islamic heritage. Largely thanks to Arabs.

When those areas of Europe that I wrote about, which were under Arab rule for centuries, some areas (Iberia) for almost 800 years, have been thoroughly influenced by Arab civilization on most fronts (even cuisine, music etc.), it is self-evident that the same is the case with the actual Muslim world.

Actually, I don't give a crap about those things, but since PDF (in recent years) have developed into a cesspool of anti-Arab inferiority complexes at full swing, anti-Arab nonsense and 100% ignorance about anything remotely Arab, I like to give such people a reality wakeup.

I have seen you write a few un-motivated and ignorant anti-Arab posts to you are probably part of the same group that my posts are aimed at.

.

I have seen you use the term Arabized several times and it is portrayed as if someone has been Arabized they are not able to critique the politics & recent history of the Arab World.

I am certain I have not made any anti-Arab posts that you mention, could you reference any? I have definitely criticised the decisions of some Arab governments, that is just natural as the Middle East is the forefront of recent geopolitics. I don’t think that could be termed ‘Arab obsessed’. Of course we do share a lot of cultural affinity, and have loaned parts of your culture throughout history.

But you must understand many anti-Islam folks in the West, India etc will throw around the very same ‘Arabized’ term as an insult to those who have adopted Islam, so I think it needs care when using it.

The same genetic science also says that not only saudis but all human beings also share their DNA with every other "living organism" on earth. Why don't you feel so proud of having scientifically proven genetic relationship of humans (including arabians) to frogs, snakes, fish, banana, apple, monkey, cows and dogs etc.

At the end of the day human beings are scientifically nothing but a stabilized bio-chemical system of primarily organic molecules consisting of bonding between hydrogen, carbon, oxygen and nitrogen.

Why are you telling me that when I probably know more about human genetics, DNA etc. than 99.99% of this forum?

However scientific/historical facts are that and I wanted to make that perfectly clear for everyone.

All what I saw (after I was tagged in this thread) prior to my reply, were Arab-obsessed inferiority ridden posts by the usual Arabized suspects (trolls) out of the blue and some racial slur that ironically is used against that very same person's own people as well by the same rednecks killing his fellow Pashtuns for 17+ years in Afghanistan on an industrial scale.

The guy has posted photos of himself on PDF. I would honestly not be able to pick him apart from the average South Asian expat in KSA. That guy is apparently a convicted fraudster in real life according to numerous users here from the UK and elsewhere to make matters even worse. Don't ask me how I know it, was once again quoted in a thread where another user made such a claim. Saw it earlier as well.

I rarely if ever see any serious or academic criticism of politics in the Arab world but the same ignorant Arabized (indeed they are that) trolls and their ignorance in full swing. The same lot never being capable of distinguishing between regimes in power and 500+ million individual Arabs. Hence why there are barely any Arab users left.

I don't care what "anti Islam folks in the West" use of wording. Not my responsibility and besides I don't have such thin skin for me to care whatever outsiders say or think about Islam or anything remotely related to me in any way. Other than (at times) some silly exchanges on PDF as a consequence as can be seen by my initial reply in this thread.

BTW, I don't save your posts anywhere or that of anyone else, I just recall seeing some ignorant posts from you in the past related to Arabs. That is all. Could be wrong, in such a case I do apologize.

A typical reply from a user that is incapable of countering any of the facts that I wrote as a reply to the usual Arabized and Arab-obsessed ignorantl lot on PDF.

Why do you act as if you are being targeted? You were not put in your place, unless you belong in the same small exclusive club here. Not noticed that at least. Yet.

In the West/Islamophobic circles in particular they use the term Arabized, to describe how Arabs ‘ethnically cleansed’ during conquests, and forced upon people the culture & religion etc. I always associated that term with them, but I can see you mean it in a different context altogether. Of course you are right as the Arab world was dominant it spread a lot of cultural aspects to South Asia, Africa etc (more so than in reverse).

Well... than why you Indians, who don't like to live in Saudis and Pakistanis, who ''don't like'' Saudis are rejecting something not on offer to you, for various geo-political and linguistic reasons!

It doesn't stop Indians from working in the Gulf or doing business with them. Nevertheless, as India's economy improves, sending Indians to such places will be reduced.

There are more expats in Gulf countries(except KSA) than their local population. if they gave the citizenship to every expat than UAE would be little India and Pakistan...

I thought all Muslims were equal? What about the Ummah? What does Islam say about racism and nationalism? It shouldn't really matter.

All western states offer citizenship on certain terms. Besides for them they are adding taxpayers not people who get subsidies or expect them such as GCC Arabs. It keeps the populace quiet and insurrection in check. No country will add citizens that expect subsidies.

Expats in these countries are not living there for free. They are working hard and are often woefully underpaid and maltreated yet are contributing to the host economy. In fact, if it wasn't for these foreign workers, many of these countries would fail.

The subsidies that are given to citizens is a double-edged sword. It encourages laziness. Why do you think these countries started to import workers.

I don't think we want Indians here whatsoever.

Then why allow them to work there? Most of these jobs are fungible. Indians can be expelled and easily replaced by workers from Muslim countries.

this nation state system is indeed against the Islamic rules. but than again all the countries which got independence in 20th century were made on either on race or on language except the two countries..
