Its funny because studying The Holy Quran for me made me appreciate more of my Christian teachings, as well as the teachings in the Bible. I would say the Quran was an even greater enlightenment and expanded on what i was taught as a Christian. Studying the Quran and attending Mosque to pray made me grow as a spiritual man, and embrace the Love of Allah (SWT).

One has to discern openly if one truly wants to be embraced by the Love of our God. As what my brother said , question openly, and never allow one man to influence one's perception and interpretation of the words of our God.

Correct. Wahabism is not Sunni Islam. It is a radical movement in Sunni Islam. An ultra ultra radical conservative wing. Many of the interpretations of Wahabism are not even based on the Quran, but based on interpretations of the Hadiths.

That is the problem my friend with some of the spiritual leaders in KSA because they are politically inclined, it is different from the religious leaders here in the United States that are not so much politically inclined, focus is on spiritual development and on the roots of Islam.

What drew me into Islam was the spiritual aspect, not the political bastardization that these so called 'leaders' play with.
