But its success rate doesnt seem very attractive? If we take this report out of 15 it intercepted 3. Which is less then 30%. I know no system is 100% in missile defense but in order to encourage the user it has to be atleast 70% effective.......

Its depend on how many active at the time of attack, since no WAR is going and they are also expecting the Missiles therefore operation active deployment is might be one or 2.

report also said only PAC battery able to see the missile and act swiftly.

But let's recap, Iraq during the Gulf War launched during the entire war 42 missiles into Saudi Arabia....suddenly the Houthis can launch 15 on a SINGLE DAY? If this rubbish that 12 out of the 15 actually hit, Khamis Mushayt Airbase would be completely destroyed. How would Saudi Arabia cover up an entire airbase destroyed?
