Well they said 15 or so scud fired simultaneously and 3-4 intercept. Moreover , the reports are , they not expecting missile attack and only one PAC battery was operational which taken down missile and rest passes.

Last time I heard of scud hitting anywhere near the target was in 2003,and even it was somewhat 500-800 meters from hitting anything.I would rather go with the heart attack version.

And against the Russian Scuds in both Iraqi wars many times over.....?? You also realize the PAC3 IMO is older technology. The standard missile system used in the missile defense shield is MUCH more accurate than older PAC3.
