Was voted to be the first PM of India by congress but Gandhi convinced him to step down and give our desi Pappu Nehru a chance. Handled Junagarh and Hydredabad. Unfortunately couldn't get a hand on Jammu and Kashmir state as Nehru wanted to solve it on his own.

Discouraged not Haram, there are numerous exceptions in Muslim countries

Monuments, buildings, and shrines, are acceptable and common, but Buddha style statues portraying a human is not really okay.

A scholar can tell you about the rules and exceptions in more detail, this is just what I know
