On December 20th, South Korean media reported recently, Samsung is in next month’s the United States of America CES exhibition launched a 110 inch ultra high-definition television screen size, to snatch the largest super HDTV this title. But interesting is this TV using a Chinese LCD panel maker panel, and does not support 3D display.
After Sony, LG, SKYWORTH, Konka brand launched a 84 inch 4K ultra high-definition television, sharp also recently announced their 60 inch 4K TV, and Samsung previously size the largest models is only 75 inches ES9000 series. So the Korean media reports that when, Samsung on display at CES 110 inch ultra high-definition television in order to seize the world largest high-definition television screen size of the title. While the OLED television due to technical and cost issues to production, but also to urge the Samsung emergency launched 110 inch TV to attract the eye of one of the reasons why.
But the report also revealed, the television will be used from the China Company BOE LCD panel, rather than Samsung own panel, and said the bid Samsung are not currently produces 110 inches LCD panel power. The report also said that the television will not support 3D display, and Samsung brand other high-end television were in support of shutter type 3D technology.

This is a sign of how fast China's LCD industry is growing. And their so-called world's largest 4K TV, is something China already had early this year, except it was made by CSOT/TCL instead of BOE.
