No, we will import components and other stuffs only based on price, quality and availbability. today, China is the best source and will remain even after we join TPP, I guess. things are not directly related together.
not for domestic Chinese phones. the same goes with vietnam. most of your profits go to Chinese and taiwan.
no, chinese investments make up about 1-2 % of the total money flown into vietnam. unless you want to count taiwan money as yours, then it is higher, about 10 per cent. most companies in vietnam are state owned, you fool.most of your companies are in vietnam are Chinese owned.
ok, 20 years. are you happier now?laughable. China 10 years ago was light years ahead of vietnam in supply chain logistic.
Vietnam negotiating for allowance of few years as buffer to start provide materials domestically.
look, samsung shares gain $10b in market capitalisation, just because of annoucement to establish another factory in vietnam. imagine what happens if they close all factories in china and elsewhere and relocate to vietnam? All the major Phone manufacturers like Apple, Samsung, Sony, etc. still have most of their factories and contractors in China. Profits go to Korea, Taiwan, Japan and US.

According to TPP you have to buy from other TPP nations . You can't just choose from a non TPP nation even if you wanted to.
i doubt that. But hey if that's what VCong want so be it. it doesn't concern me. in fact it will benefit me lol.Hence, no more components will be imported from China. But @Viet thinks China will still be a source of import even after TPP.
