this is so common i feel almost numb at reading about it. it's a Boston bombing style attack every week over there.

how do you prevent and punish such attackers??? they are dead, but do you look at the parents,friends, and spiritual leader for blame?

Taliban and IS and Qaeda are Sunni. Ask why they thrive in Sunni areas of Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan. Because Sunnis back them. They have no foothold in Shia areas of Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan because Shias hate them.

Shias and Sunnis have been at war for 1,400 years. It ain't going to stop anytime soon unless Muslims become non religious like the west. Even in Ukraine, Belarus, Russia no one is religious.

After genocide of south, followed by carpet bombing and immigration from Tajikistan and Iran, I believe Shia population in south is no more minority, unless Afghan migrants from Pakistan return, but than again puppet Afghan govt. would not let them live.

There never was any role of Pakistan in Taliban making, it was an indigenous movement, raised against the war lords funded by drug money earned from within Pakistan and middleast.
There are plenty of books and interviews of Pak military generals conforming this.
Actually Pakistan army was never very glad with Taliban regime, but since they maintained peace in Afghanistan, which halted the influx of immigrants, on the other hand northern alliance was being armed and supported by Iran/India.
It was quite natural to accept the official status of Taliban regime next door, and they never hurt Pakistan until 2006 the rise of fake TTP made in Afghanistan ruled by blood thirsty enemies of ex-Taliban regime.
