If anybody has any doubt; he shall go to any public department in Pakistan and make an assessment. The figure would be higher than 80%. Only condition is relatively unchecked opportunity.

I'm really surprised that you have using the Baba Bhulay Shah's image as your avatar but you have such an negative mentality and you're totally void of wisdom.
Remember the negativity appears a lot more than it is in reality. It is exactly how only a very terrorist appear on the media and the western media keeps portraying Islam & Muslim as extremist people. Do you really think that is true?

I agree with you and would like to add that negativity appears a lot more than reality and this has to do with human psychology. We tend to remember negative events more than positive. It is very similar to the terrorism and how western media exaggerates it. Even during the worst situation in Pakistan, still most of the cities and places were safe and only a few incidents made it look like there is terrorism everywhere. In my personal experience 80-90 percent of the middle class is honest on the whole while 70% of the total population is honest, God-fearing. It is just the top 10 per cent of the population that is 80% or more corrupt.

This guy is the CHIEF JUSTICE OF PAKISTAN.... meaning every other judge in the country is his subordinate. If he suspects the judges of LHC are doing foul play then why isn't he firing them?????


Baatien karwalo bus.... ghatiya nizaam hai Pakistan mein. Kya mein aam sheri giraftaari se bach sakta hoon? aur chotti ke din LHC ke judge bait ke mughay relief deh saktay hain?

2) Judges of the superior courts are not subordinate to anyone, in their judicial capacities.
2) Any individual judge of Supreme Court, or even its Chief Justice, have no authority to fire any judge of the high court, under the Constitution.

A judge, of the superior court, can only be proceed against, on the charges of misconduct, by the Supreme Judicial Council, which comprises: 1) The Chief Justice 2) Two next most senior judges of the Supreme Court 3) Two most senior Chief Justices of the provincial High Courts. History shows that these proceedings are resorted to very very rarely, practically none.
