The problem for India is that they have already made a critical decision by opting for Rafale. The Swedes won't be able to sell their Gripen to India. India has no choice, but to go for more Rafale fighters. Otherwise the small fleet won't have any meaningful impact.

As for SAAB not selling more weapons to Pakistan, a big middle finger to them. We already got what we wanted. We will learn from these and work on a bigger and better solution with China.

Why the heck should we give go with Gripen irrespective of their deals with pakistan even if it's coming for cheap. Inducting the Gripen would lay a death kneel to LCA and all the aeronautical ecosystem that we've developed all along.

With the LCA project (even though it took quite a lot of time), several research & development facilities have been formed along with private Indian defence firms in line which would help us fastracking the MWF & AMCA projects.

You just can't keep buying stuff from countries just because they're selling to Pak. In that way, our indigenous defence industry would never take shape.

Wrong, it’s is about better bang for the buck. You have many examples in front of you. Look at the amount of money that was spent by Saddam or Gadaffi etc. Just money is not enough especially in context of countries like India. India with its size, level of industrialization and education should be ashamed of importing weapons as it does.

As for humiliation is concerned ask Abhinandan about that or the IAF pilots who landed their undamaged Gnats or Ouragans in Pakistan. Our Museums are full of such Indian trophies.

Also history Is replete with examples where poor nations have overwhelmed richer nations including Muslim history. You must be Indians as only Indians can say what you did.

I have never seen a PAF aircheif or any GoP official complain about India getting S400 , Su30 Mki and Rafale. Kind of tells you what the pecking order is with respect to the two Airforces.
If they are trying to bring you down it means you are above them.

It is because PAF consists of professionals. They have dignity and class

Even other two services Pak army and Pak navy struggle to match the level of professionalism of these men in blue

And here we are talking about IAF, a force known even in Indian Military for its poor crash records. These guys shoot down their helicopter and can't even find its blackbox in their own controlled territory

So you can imagine the level of professionalism of its air chief
