This one doesn’t seem to have SAR like structure under the belly like the previous Erieyes you posted on this thread.

Erieye system was retrofitted at PAC on to the 3 ordered. The picture was taken BEFORE any such installation.

so how many SAAB 2000 aircraft (not the awecs) did PAF end up acquiring. I believe only 60-70 were built in 1990s

more importantly, it's the ultimate design form of turboprop..thisi the fastest turboprop aircraft int he world..
again jet aircraft has its advantages(service ceiling, speed)..i wonder why that wasn't sourced back in 2005..

Yeah that's one quality indians have that we don't. Not talking about pdf but in general. Their professionalism is bit better than us. They treat customers very well

Registered in Anguilla VP-BPM as and joined Polet Flight in January 2007.

Registered in Sweden as SE-057 for Saab AB in March 2018.

Converted to Saab 2000 ERIEYE Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft for Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Aircraft serial number 20057 ?

Aircraft delivery flight to Pakistan from Linköping City Airport (Sweden) via Athens (Greece) and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

Rang the alarms in the neighbors.

Well we are buying more SAABs then actual Erieyes. 8 Erieye SAABs plus I think 3 that will be used for pilots training/routine transport. Could by more and convert to EW role I guess

UPTO PAF and its requirements. new purchases by pakistan armed forces are all kept secret for some reason since 2019 and im very happy about this fact.
