Marginally so. SU-35 is only a stop gap for full production SU-57 and will be moved towards an export-driven product like the F-16 when RUAF looses interest in procuring more Flankers.

Yeah for export orders. Domestically Russia has all the experience in training, maintenance, arming and infrastructure of Flanker platforms. Higher PPP, lower avg labour costs and efficient supply lines all help in driving down the cost of manufacturing a SU-35. So does China, but Russia knows why China really wanted the SU-35 (AL-41f engines) so they deliberately marked up the price to milk the Chinese for all their willing to pay for it.
